Provided financial projections for a successful RTI grant.

Put together a renewed funding deal with for an Irish company with a UK lender, providing a cheaper deal going forward.  Renewed the first ABL funding deal in ROI.

2004

Acquisition of business assets from a UK company.   

Provide various restructuring options for a company facing significant changes in market conditions.

2005

Acquisition of UK Company.  Provide assistance on price negotiation and full financial pack to support funding of deal.  Financial forecasts to adhere to Section60 (UK standard) review and independent certification.

Sourced and successfully changed the main working capital funding partner to a new alternative, offering a better cheap source of funds.

2006

Provided detailed financial plans for restructuring of a company, including relocation.

2007

Acquisition of a company in the ROI from an Irish plc.

2008

Secured significant foreign funding from overseas bank to fund subsidiary company independently from Group.

Sourced and completed a new funding partner, utilising ABL funding.

2009

Disposal of business assets to UK buyer.  Significant amount of financial plans and publishing of "teaser" to prospective buyers.  All financial work was covered by detailed assumptions and held up to 3rd party scrutiny.

Took charge of specific grant application - "subsidy grant" as issued by Enterprise Ireland for an Irish Export Company.   Grant was approved on first round and was one of the first to be approved in the ROI.

2010

Provided financial pack of ROI company to be included in private placing proposal for foreign investors.  Significant work was involved which included presentations to investors.  Interest was strong which led to a high valuation (independent) on a Irish start-up company.

Provided significant financial forecasts for a start-up company to assist in changing banking partner and new equity funding.  

2011

Put together with internal management team full BES pack / prospectus for Irish start-up company with high grow plans.  Minimum subscription achieved within months of issue.

Provided new cashflow model for start-up company.  Allowing owners to view a number of "what if" scenarios.

Engaged with a start-up company and provide a detailed and comprehensive financial business plan.
